f/p design

Creating new space: f/p design succeeds in a unique way. In 2000 Fritz Frenkler and Anette Ponholzer founded f/p design gmbh in Frankfurt and moved their office to Munich in 2007. After Anette Ponholzer left in 2017, another office in Berlin and fp design co., ltd. in Kyoto were established. In earlier years Fritz Frenkler worked as General Manager of frogdesign Asia, ran the wiege Wilkhahn Entwicklungsgesellschaft and was Head of Design at Deutsche Bahn AG. Since 2006, the creative all-rounder has also been a professor of industrial design at the Technical University of Munich. The products designed by f/p design range from furniture and interiors to industrial products, plus consulting services in the fields of architecture and design strategy. With clients from Asia, Europe and the USA, the design office has international expertise and has received numerous awards. For Schönbuch, f/p design created the customised storage system CABIN SCREEN as well as the minimalist coat stand BOW.
