Collection of data

We record, memorise and process data when a purchase order is announced, concluded and processed, and in the event of it being cancelled.
A record of your visit to our website is kept. The principal data recorded are the IP address currently used by your PC, date and time, your PC’s browser type and operating system and the pages you have viewed. It is not normally intended or possible for data to be related to specific persons.

Use of data and supply to third parties

Person-related data of which you inform us, for example when placing an order or by e-mail (e.g. your name and address or e-mail address), are only processed for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you supplied us with the data. We pass your data on only to the service provider entrusted with the delivery and to the extent necessary to perform this service. When processing payments we forward your payment data only to the bank authorized to make the payment.
We hereby undertake not to make your personal data available to third parties in any other cases unless we are legally bound to do so or have received your prior permission. If we make use of service providers to conduct and complete certain processes, the contractual relationships with them conform with the provisions of German data security law.

Agreement and retraction

If you have supplied us with personal data, you can erase them at any time. Notice of termination/retraction or erasure does not apply to data required for invoicing and bookkeeping purposes.
Archiving period: personal data supplied to us by way of our website will only be stored until they have fulfilled the purpose for which they were entrusted to us. Insofar as archiving periods in accordance with commercial or tax law have to be complied with, the archiving period for certain data may be up to 10 years.

Customer’s account

If you open a customer account, this indicates your agreement for your basic data such as name, address, e-mail address, bank account and user data (user name, password) to be memorised. This enables you to place orders with us with your e-mail address or customer number and your personal password.

Use of cookies

Access to our offer requires the use of cookies, which must be activated in your browser settings. The cookie stores a random-generated session code and possibly your customer ID. This makes it possible to identify you as a registered customer. If available, we also memorise an affiliate ID and the page from which you reached our website pages. This can only take place if the cookies in your browser settings have been activated.


A request to be sent the Newsletter calls for your given name, surname and e-mail address to be used with your approval for our own advertising purposes. You will receive the Newsletter only from us. Agreement to receive a Newsletter by e-mail can be cancelled at any time. Each Newsletter contains a link which you can use to unsubscribe.
